To make a booking please download the booking form and conditions, complete and return to Agricultural Travel Bureau Ltd with a deposit payment per person as stated on the itinerary. We will then process your booking immediately and proficiently. A booking does not officially exist until we have received your signed booking form and deposit. This is the formal record of the booking. We will then send you written confirmation of your booking, we will also advise details of insurance, visa and health requirements (if applicable). The final invoice is sent 8-10 weeks before departure, followed by the final itinerary. Please note that all prices are subject to increases in local taxes, air fares and foreign currency changes.
